Corsair Cove Cross-Camp Warehouse Routes Explained

Connect Corsair Cove camps with warehouse routes by choosing the receiving hub, checking import direction, and avoiding long paths that starve a new outpost.

Quick answer

To supply a new camp, build a route that has a clear source, a receiving warehouse or consumer, and a physical connection between the camps. Warehouses do not teleport goods: a full first-camp stock still needs fetchers and a valid path to the second camp.

A reliable cross-camp setup

  1. Place or select the warehouse in the camp that needs the goods.
  2. Use its input control to choose the resource and source building.
  3. Confirm the source warehouse or producer has stock and spare capacity.
  4. Build the physical path between the two camp areas.
  5. Watch one delivery before adding more resources to the route.

The developer has explained that warehouses can receive goods from other buildings and then supply downstream consumers. Community players repeatedly get stuck because they expect the source warehouse to push goods automatically, or because the new camp is connected visually but not through a valid path.

Import direction matters

Start from the receiving building and choose what it should fetch. If a new camp needs planks, configure its warehouse or construction requirement to receive planks; do not only fill a warehouse in the old camp and wait. Keep the route short and readable, with a local buffer near the destination.

When to produce locally

Produce locally when the new camp needs continuous food, drink, or a resource that would otherwise cross a long climb. Import finished goods when duplicating the full chain would waste scarce workers. Compare the route cost with warehouse logistics and check multi-camp population before adding jobs.

If the route is visible but nothing moves

Check the receiving slot, source stock, assigned Fetchers, path endpoints, and camp highlight. Remove an obsolete resource only after its warehouse stack is empty. If the second camp cannot finish construction, use second camp has no planks rather than demolishing the unfinished camp.

Sources and caveat

The warehouse input behavior is supported by the developer’s answer; route direction and hub patterns are community-tested practices. Exact slot counts, transport speed, and interface labels can change by patch.
